Lines of research within the research group
In this line of research, we study what an organisation needs to perform a digital transformation in a technically successful manner. Hereby the research focuses on digital leadership competency of the management and IT competency of IT professionals that is needed for an successful digital transformation of organisations.
In this line of research, we study the possibilities that technological developments (such as big data, blockchain, robotisation, AI and e-business) can offer companies. How can organisations improve their procesmanagement and information systems for a successful digital transformation. Within the research we take into account what kind contextual factors that can improve or hinder this process.
