Anita Emans

Anita Emans MSc (1977) is a researcher and PhD candidate for the Research group Normative Professionalisation. She is also a lecturer for the master's programme in Educational Needs (MEN), which is intended for lecturers, supervisors and managers who are already professionally active within various educational sectors.

After completing her studies in educational and developmental psychology, Anita worked as a special education expert and educational advisor in the field of education and as a lecturer for various post-initial training programmes. She is interested in the way lecturers give shape to their role as professionals. She is inspired by the great potential of post-initial training opportunities for the further development of lecturers and their professional practice.
